Welcome to Friends of Bold Minds — a space where we proudly share and celebrate other businesses, professionals, and organisations who support the neurodivergent community with care, quality, and a truly neuro-affirming approach.
These are services we trust, value, and feel confident recommending to the families, adults, schools, and workplaces we work with.
Our aim is simple: to help you find the right support, resources, and connections — all in one place.
Check back as this list grows… we’re excited to introduce you to our trusted partners.
We’re so excited to spotlight Owen, an incredibly experienced ADHD Coach and genuinely one of the warmest, most validating people you’ll ever meet.
If you’re looking for ADHD coaching that feels safe, supportive, and empowering, Owen is a fantastic place to start.
He’s also the host of the brilliant ND & Free Podcast — a comforting, honest, and neuro-affirming space for anyone wanting to feel understood (and yes… I feature on a couple of episodes too).
Alongside coaching and podcasting, Owen is launching the ND & Free – ND Compassion Club, creating even more community and support for neurodivergent people.
We’re proud to recommend Owen and everything he’s building.
We’re delighted to feature Emma Baker, Founder of Focus, who supports neurodivergent business owners with clarity, structure, and compassion.
Emma brings together strategic thinking, organisational expertise, and a deep understanding of ADHD, dyslexia, and neurodiversity. She works with the person first — helping business owners reduce overwhelm, align with their vision, and build businesses that truly flow.
Through practical, empowering support, Emma helps turn ideas into action while honouring individual strengths. We’re proud to recommend Emma and the thoughtful work she does.

Zoe also offers specialist assessments and Dyslexia diagnosis with a friendly and clear approach.
With a background in school leadership, SENCo work, and specialist advisory roles, Zoe brings deep insight, kindness, and clarity to every piece of work she does. Her approach is always personalised, strengths-based, and focused on helping children feel positive about their education and their future.
We’re proud to recommend Zoe and The Inclusion Service for thoughtful, experienced, and genuinely inclusive support.
We’re proud to recommend Jade, founder of JLM Intuitive Coaching, a Consultant Dietitian and Specialist Neurodivergence Coach who brings deep professional expertise alongside powerful lived experience.
Jade is autistic and a parent to an autistic child, and her work is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and a genuine understanding of neurodivergent lives. She supports clients to better understand themselves, their needs, and their relationship with food, wellbeing, and identity — always in a validating, non-judgemental way.
With a background in psychology, nutrition, and neurodivergence coaching, Jade offers thoughtful, holistic support that helps people embrace who they are and live more peacefully and unapologetically.
We’re proud to recommend Jade and the work she does.

We’re proud to recommend Uncommon, a truly neuro-affirming service where young people are supported by a fully neurodivergent team who genuinely get it. Their coaches, mentors, and facilitators bring lived experience, empathy, and understanding to everything they do.

Mothers for Mothers is a Bristol-based perinatal mental health charity rooted in lived experience, compassion, and peer support. Founded in 1981 by women and birthing people who experienced maternal mental illness, they recognised early on the power of connection and established a telephone helpline at Bristol Maternity Hospital.
They offer maternal mental health and emotional wellbeing support, advice, and information to women, birthing people, and families across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire. Services include a Reach helpline, home visiting, peer support groups, art psychotherapy and counselling, antenatal groups, SEND peer support, an Albanian mothers’ group, the Perinatal Comfort Zone programme, and trips and events.
This charity is especially close to Bold Minds founder Alice’s heart, having supported her through pregnancy when she was undiagnosed. 💗
Ali brings over 25 years of professional and lived experience across health and social care, early years, and primary education. She delivers engaging, practical Makaton training locally and nationally for settings of all sizes, helping teams embed inclusive communication into everyday practice.
