wHAT?
Making diagnostic reports clear, positive and useful for real life.

Many diagnostic reports are written in clinical language that can feel confusing, negative or hard to relate to. At Bold Minds ND, we offer Report Translations to bridge that gap; transforming formal diagnostic reports into accessible, affirming documents that highlight strengths, clarify key insights and support everyday understanding.
HOW?
Our translations are based on diagnostic assessments completed by other services or clinicians. While we do not conduct the original assessments, we thoroughly review the reports provided, alongside any extra context, to create a version that is clear, respectful and empowering.
A report and resources you can keep coming back to.

Each translated report:
-
Uses inclusive, affirming language
-
Clarifies confusing clinical terms
-
Highlights strengths alongside support needs
-
Respects identity and lived experience
-
Offers practical insights for home, work or school

WHY?
We know that many traditional systems still rely on outdated, deficit-based (negative) models.

Our goal is to reframe that narrative - helping individuals and families truly understand the content of their reports through a neuro-affirming, strengths-based lens, while still keeping the key information needed to access support.

A report translation bridges the gap between clinical language and real-life meaning. We help you unpack what the report actually says, what it means for day-to-day life, and how you can use it to advocate confidently - at school, in the workplace, or in healthcare settings.

Ultimately, it’s about turning what can feel like a confusing or overwhelming document into something clear, empowering, and genuinely useful for you or your child.
