A joined-up assessment for adults who recognise characteristics of both autism and ADHD in themselves. We explore how these characteristics interact and overlap; shaping the way you think, feel, communicate, and move through daily life.

This process looks beyond labels or checklists. It’s designed to honour your full neurodivergent experience, helping you understand how your brain works as a whole; in relationships, work, sensory life, and self-understanding.

Following NICE guidelines, the process unfolds in supportive, collaborative stages:

  • Screening Call: We begin with a conversation to understand your goals, needs, and what you hope to gain from the assessment.

  • Pre-Assessment Questionnaires: You’ll complete forms to share background information about your experiences, strengths, and challenges.

  • Informant Input (if possible): Where helpful, someone who knows you well (ideally a parent but can be a friend, partner, or family member) can share their perspective.

  • In-Depth Assessment Session: Together, we explore your lived experience using diagnostic tools and validating conversations around your lived experience. 

  • Multi-Disciplinary Team Review: Our team of neurodivergent professionals reviews your information to ensure a comprehensive and balanced understanding.

  • Feedback & Written Report: You’ll receive a supportive feedback session and a detailed report with clear outcomes, practical recommendations, and next steps — all grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own brain.

why?

Autism and ADHD often coexist and influence one another, yet many assessments separate them. This integrated approach recognises how they overlap; for example, how sensory sensitivities, executive function, or emotional regulation can look different when both neurotypes are present.
